Provisionally Licensed Lawyer & Special Education Advocate

Rosa Villar joined Rivers Law Inc. in 2015, as a legal assistant, shortly after graduating West Los Angeles College with an A.A. degree in ABA Approved Paralegal Studies with Honors.

In May 2025, Rosa received her Juris Doctor from The Colleges of Law, Santa Barbara. She has been approved by the California State Bar as a Provisionally Licensed Lawyer.

For more than 10 years, Rosa has gained extensive knowledge and hands on experience as a special education advocate, which she uses on behalf of disabled students.

She is fluent in English and Spanish and especially passionate in advocating on behalf of monolingual, Spanish speaking parents who too often find themselves cut out of the IEP process due to the language barrier.  

Rosa believes in the unlimited power of education and that all children can achieve their full potential when given the right support.
