Paralegal and Special Education Advocate

Rosa Villar joined Rivers Law Inc. in 2015, as a legal assistant, shortly after graduating West Los Angeles College with an A.A. degree in ABA Approved Paralegal Studies with Honors. She is now the firms lead paralegal and special education advocate. She is fluent in English and Spanish.

Prior to joining Rivers Law Inc., Rosa completed a legal internship for academic credit at Los Angeles Unified School District’s Office of the General Counsel; where she developed a passion for educational law. Rosa is a devoted mother of two girls.

Rosa believes in the unlimited power of education and that all children can achieve their full potential when given the right support.
